Do you have cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available all over Bangladesh. You can also pay with bKash or Nagad.
ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি আছে কি?
হ্যাঁ, সারা বাংলাদেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি। বিকাশ ও নগদেও পেমেন্ট করা যায়।
What is the delivery charge and time?
Inside Dhaka ৳60, 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka ৳120, 3–5 days. Delivery is free on orders over ৳2,000.
ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও সময় কত?
ঢাকার ভেতরে ৳৬০, ১–২ দিন। ঢাকার বাইরে ৳১২০, ৩–৫ দিন। ৳২,০০০ এর বেশি অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি ফ্রি।
Can I check the parcel before paying?
Yes. Open and check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If it is damaged or wrong, return it right away and pay only the delivery charge.
টাকা দেওয়ার আগে পার্সেল চেক করা যাবে?
হ্যাঁ, ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে খুলে চেক করুন। নষ্ট বা ভুল হলে সাথে সাথে ফেরত দিন, শুধু ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে।
What is your exchange policy?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, wrong or misprinted items are replaced and we pay the delivery. For a size or design change, one exchange is allowed if in stock, and you pay the delivery both ways.
এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি কী?
ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে জানান। ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট আমরা বদলে দিই। সাইজ বা ডিজাইন বদলাতে চাইলে স্টকে থাকলে একবার এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যায়।
What sizes are available?
Three-piece sets come in 36, 38, 40, 42, 44 and 46. Tops come in S to XXL. Kids' frocks come in 20 to 30.

থ্রি পিস: ৩৬–৪৬। টপস: S–XXL। বাচ্চাদের ফ্রক: ২০–৩০।
